I decided to walk to my WW meeting because it is only half a mile away from where I live. I couldn’t stomach the idea of driving there. That would be ridiculous. I downloaded a fun app from Nike that tracks your run/walks and the calories you burned. Look below. Pretty neat, huh?!
The meeting is about to start so I gotta get going. Oh by the way, I lost 3.8 pounds on my first week on WW 🙂
