September 5th

I have been busy time traveling and realized that I didn’t blog so here I am. I am back.

Normally I post the song I blogged to at the end of each post because for some reason I think people give a sh*t about what I listen to but I have decided to post this song right here, right now…because it is amazing. The quality isn’t the best but if you have Pandora or Spotify etc. you can just look it up and listen to it on repeat like I have done for the past 12 hours.

If you are 1 of the 2 people who actually listen to that song I highly encourage you to listen to the very end. Side note: The song picks up again after 20 seconds or so of complete silence. IT’S CONFUSING. It’s a whirlwind of emotions.

So this post is going to be a pile of crap, I can feel it. I feel like a ton of stuff has happened since August 31st and I have no idea where to start. Just prepare yourself for a bunch of non-related pictures/quotes/ideas/ramblings and what nots because that’s how I roll.

We can start with how my birthday went. IT WAS AMAZING. I went to this place called Hicksville in Joshua Tree and I am already planning a return back. Do you wanna go with me? Just let me know. Seriously, just comment on this blog and I will count you in. Most people just tell me they want to go and then never show up or actually book and it makes me question life. Not really, I just figure there are a lot of people missing out on some really fun travel adventures.

I am going to be 100% honest about my eating for my birthday weekend. It was bad. I didn’t track my points at all. I didn’t open up my Weight Watchers app on my Iphone once and I probably ate the frosting off of at least 7 cupcakes. Thankfully I am not a big drinker so I didn’t waste a ton of points there which most adults do on vacation but I still ate whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted. I was terrified to step on the scale when I got home but I did it anyways because I like to face the truth even though its going to bitch slap me in the face. To my surprise I only gained 3.5 pounds and I have already lost 1.5 pounds since Monday because I am back on track with eating right. So there’s that.

So I now for the fun part….I present to you a few pictures from my birthday weekend and CLICK HERE for a tour of Hicksville created by yours truly. If you do check out the video look at the sky! It’s so beautiful!

I love feeling like a cartoon 🙂

No makeup/blood shot eyes/freckles on my nose. This is me.

We drove by this tree and I made an illegal U turn just so I could get close to it.

My best friend for the weekend.

Our bed inside the FiFi trailer ❤

This was actually delicious.

One of the only healthy things I ate all weekend. It WAS my favorite meal though 🙂

Last but not least I present you with a picture of my dog from last night wearing her new fancy hat:

She looks ashamed but don’t let her fool you. She loves wearing my bra as a hat.

Alrighty! I promise to be more on the ball when it comes to updating my blog seeing that it keeps me in line with trying to be healthy AKA look like a sexy muther F*cker. I’M KIDDING!!!! I actually said “Ew” out-loud as I wrote “sexy mother f*cker” because it made me feel so lame referring to myself as that. But I went with it because you know what, it’s Wednesday and Wednesdays are dedicated to saying things that make you feel lame.

See you later everyone and remember to be good to each other!

About FunnyGirlweightloss

Hey You! Welcome to my blog, I am happy you stopped by and I hope my struggles make you laugh a little bit....wait, what?....Anywho, this is my weight loss blog where I will be 100% honest and real about my struggles in losing some weight and more importantly, keeping it off. Most people that know me say I am funny (hence, the title of this blog) so I guess the twist is the fact that I am going to be completely candid about how much losing weight can be really tough/hard/awful/daunting/boring, yet eventually amazing and totally worthwhile. Hopefully through my vulnerability and candidness, I help inspire others to lose some weight and stay motivated.
