It’s 6:46am and I am writing this post from a stationary bike. I am proud to say that I kept my promise to myself about getting my ass back in the gym. I went last night and I’m here this morning.
So far today I ate 2 fig newtons= 3 points, a banana= 0 points and half of a naked juice (no sugar added, tasted like poop) = 3 points.
I believe I’m just going to do 30 minutes on the stationary bike (fat burn program) again.
I earn 4+ activity points for this one activity which is pretty nice. As a reminder for those who are interested in Weight Watchers, I can now eat 4 extra points today or not and that generally = more weight loss. I generally don’t “eat” my activity points because I’m really trying to go out for this supermodel gig I found on Craigslist……. Derp
Ummmmm, why is Grouplove so effing good?! I just went and saw them live on Saturday. That was my 3rd time seeing them since August. I really can’t get enough. They are the best. Theeeeeeee best. I guess I will end this short post with a quote from one of their songs that I really enjoy.
